We are looking for assistant head chef, who have extensive experience in kitchen operations and are committed to quality and guest satisfaction. You can  lead and motivate kitchen service in a nice and efficient way. You are used to a hectic and busy workdays. 

Job description:

- Run the operation in our hotel`s restaurant "NON"

- Assist head-chef on various daily operations

- Develop menus together with head-chef

- Personnel responsibility, training, development and follow-up of employees

- Follow-up of internal control systems

- Contribute to a good working environment and cooperation with colleagues in the kitchen and with various departments

- Control quality and quantity of food production

- Be a good role model and motivator for your employees.

- Take part of stock-counts

 

We want you to have:

- You have at least 6 years of experience in the culinary profession

- Creative and "out of the box" thinking

- Good communication skills

- Are flexible, accurate and self-driven

- Demonstrate honesty and integrity in everything you do.

- Possess strong communication skills in English, a Scandinavian language is also an advantage
