About the role

We are looking for a Loyalty and Partnerships Analyst to join our Commercial Insights & Personalization team. In this role, you will be key to identifying how we can improve the loyalty member program, member experience, and overall member value. You will be the dedicated analytics partner of the Loyalty team.

You will work closely with other analysts and specialists, and interact regularly with business experts from Loyalty, Partnerships (Spenn), Product, Marketing, and other relevant Commercial teams.

We are looking for someone who is not only analytical, but also curious, proactive, and commercially minded - a true sparring partner who can translate data into business actions and value.

What you will do

  • Analyze internal and external data to answer business questions, provide recommendations, and enable actions that improve the member experience
  • Gather relevant data and proactively create compelling reports, analysis and insights for Commercial stakeholders
  • Ensure delivery of data and insights that drive the development roadmap for the Loyalty programme and partner portfolio
  • Interpret and analyze customer segmentation, recommendation models, and experimentations to improve personalization for members
  • Create what-if scenarios and run experiments to test hypotheses about member behaviors, partnerships performance, and value-creation
  • Analyze loyalty partners and evaluate their financial contribution to the organization and the loyalty programme
  • Spread data awareness across the business, increase appetite for analytics, and support the organization's data-driven decision-making goals

What we are looking for

  • At least 5 years of experience in Loyalty analytics, or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of loyalty programs, loyalty data, and loyalty economics
  • Relevant experience handling member data, including loyalty partnerships and financial modelling
  • Proficiency in SQL, BigQuery/Google Cloud, and visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
  • Experience using CRM platforms or similar tools
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills to explain insights clearly
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to proactively identify business opportunities aligned to programme and commercial KPIs
  • A curious and proactive mindset – you explore data, ask questions, and challenge the status quo

Nice to have

  • Working exposure to Product Analytics or Product Management
  • Working exposure to Financial Analytics
  • Background in e-commerce, hospitality, travel, or subscription-based businesses

What success looks like

  • You identify key insights in the member experience using various data and reports, and proactively recommend improvements
  • You help strengthen both the transactional and emotional loyalty of our members
  • You act as a trusted advisor and thought leader, and not just a data provider
  • You help the organization move towards data-driven loyalty management
  • Your insights directly shape the Loyalty programme roadmap and partner strategy
