We are in the process of rolling out a cross department Facility Management System where the main focus is on housekeeping and maintenance. We are looking for an engaged and curious people-person to join our Business & Operational system team. This position is a fixed-term project contract ending June 31st 2027. 


What you will be doing: 

  • Plan and carry out onsite training for the hotel personnel on our hotels.
  • Handle and report any changes that may affect the time frame or quality of the implementation.
  • Secure documentation and best practice to meet operational requirements.
  • Give our hotels the best foundation to utilize the Strawberry Tech Stack. 


Who we think you are:

To succeed in this role, we believe you have a strong understanding of hotel operations and in training others in a clear and engaging manner.

  • Experience in using operational software/Strawberry Tech Stack (it is an advantage to have knowledge about Flexkeeping or Mews PMS). 

  • You are fluent in a Scandinavian language and English. 

  • You are confident in speaking and presenting training material for a group.

  • You have operational experience from hotels.

  • You like to travel and meet colleagues throughout the Nordic countries.

  • You are comfortable when things move fast and there are a lot of activities going on at once.

  • You are proactive, solution oriented and with loads of energy, courage and enthusiasm (EMB).

Details:

You will report to the Implementation & Relations Manager.

In this position you will be traveling, Monday to Friday, to various properties in the Nordic countries 2-3 weeks per month.

This position is a fixed-term project contract ending on July 1st 2027
