Do you want to be a host for Pool and Wellbeing at the top of Bodø?

We are seeking seasonal staff for Wood Pool and Wellbeing 

At Wood Hotel Bodø, we do things a little differently. We invite our guests into an atmosphere characterized by timber, tranquility, and North Norwegian nature. In our Wellness department, your most important task is to ensure that guests can lower their shoulders and find peace—whether they’ve just come from a mountain hike or are seeking an escape from everyday life.

As a host in Wood Pool and Wellbeing, you are the face of our most relaxing zone. You ensure everything flows seamlessly, from the moment the guest receives their bathrobe until they are enjoying the view over the Vestfjord from our heated outdoor pool.

What you will do:

• A warm welcome: You greet guests at the spa reception, show them around, and create an atmosphere of calm and luxury.

• Wellness service: You ensure the spa area, saunas, and locker room facilities always look immaculate. You serve refreshments and assist guests with anything they might need.

• Product guidance: You provide recommendations regarding our wellness concepts and ensure guests get the most out of their visit.

• Be a team player: You work closely with the rest of the hotel team to ensure the guest journey from check-in to the poolside is nothing short of magical.

It is an advantage if you:

• Have experience in service, preferably within spa, wellness, or hospitality (but your personality and presence count the most!).

• Are a distinct "people person" who spreads calm and positive energy to both guests and colleagues.

• Thrive on maintaining an overview and have an eye for the small details that create an exceptional experience.

• Speak a Scandinavian language and/or English fluently.

• Are flexible and enjoy working in shifts (days, evenings, and weekends).
