We are looking for an ambitious and talented Sous chef to join our team  At six brasserie


About the role

As Sous Chef At six brasserie you are an important part of the kitchen’s daily operations. Working closely with the Head Chef and Executive Chef, you help ensure smooth service, high quality and strong teamwork.

This role is ideal for a skilled chef ready to take the next step in an ambitious kitchen.

 

The successful candidate will

  • Have experience as Sous Chef or a Senior Chef with leadership responsibilities

  • Michelin star experience is preferable, but not essential
  • Be able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Be comfortable working in a high-volume, high-quality kitchen

  • Take responsibility during service and support the team

  • Be structured, reliable and solution-oriented

  • Have a strong passion for food and craftsmanship

  • Be eager to develop professionally within a strong kitchen organisation

Experience with international cuisine
