Do you want to help create unforgettable guest experiences at one of Copenhagen’s most iconic destinations? At Admiral Hotel, we are looking for an engaged and service-minded bartender to join our new bar concept, SIR.


Who are you?

An ideal candidate would have at least three years of bartending experience, but we prioritize personality and knowledge over a lengthy resumé. As a bartender at SIR, you will play a key role in creating memorable moments for our guests, and we imagine that you:


  • Have an outgoing personality and a warm, professional approach to guest interaction.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and keep a positive attitude under pressure.

  • Are solution-oriented, optimistic, and contribute positively to the team spirit.

  • Have knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques.

  • Enjoy working collaboratively and taking pride in delivering high-quality service.


Your responsibilities

You will have a varied workday with exciting responsibilities, including:


  • Mixing and serving classic and signature cocktails.

  • Presenting and recommending drinks, wine, and spirits with confidence and enthusiasm.

  • Ensuring smooth and efficient service in close collaboration with the kitchen and floor team.

  • Preparing cocktail ingredients and mise en place to support seamless operations.

  • Maintaining high standards in both craftsmanship and presentation.

  • Contributing wherever needed — we succeed as a team.
