Strawberry operates hotels across the Nordic region, each with its own character and guest. The commercial potential in how we package and sell experiences around those stays is largely untapped today.
That's where you come in.
You will own packaging and ancillary sales end-to-end: defining the strategy, building the structures, working with hotels to identify what's genuinely worth selling, and making sure the right offer reaches the right guest at the right moment in their booking journey. This is a role with real autonomy and real commercial impact, not a coordinator position.
You'll report to the Head of E-Commerce and Content and be part of the Marketing and Digital Sales team, working closely with revenue, operations, product and digital sales colleagues across the business.
What you'll be responsible for
Packaging across the full portfolio. You develop, structure, and maintain packages for all Strawberry hotels and distribution channels. Packages should feel locally rooted and genuinely reflect each destination, not generic bolt-ons. You work with hotels to find what's actually worth packaging and make sure it's both sellable and profitable.
Ancillary sales across all digital platforms. You own ancillary sales on all Strawberry markets and websites such as add-ons, parking, EV charging, gift cards, etc. That means building a more systematic, data-driven approach to upselling, making sure the right product is offered to the right guest at the right hotel, at the right moment. You manage third-party partner relationships where relevant.
Product stakeholder for packaging and ancillary. You're the person closest to what guests actually want to buy, which makes you a key commercial voice in product development for this area. You translate guest and commercial insights into product priorities, and you make sure what gets built actually sells.
Who we're looking for
3-5 years of experience with ancillary sales, packaging, upselling or cross-selling
Solid understanding of digital distribution and the guest booking journey
Comfortable building processes and structures from scratch, you've either done it before or you have a genuine appetite for it
Comfortable in Excel and the Office suite
Fluent in Norwegian or Swedish. Working proficiency in English
Builds relationships easily and presents ideas and results clearly
You'll stand out if you have:
Background in hospitality or travel, in a commercial, operational, or revenue-related role
A track record of working across departments
Interest in product development and how commercial logic translates into what gets built
Previous experience with hotel management systems, especially Mews
Experience in, or a genuine interest in AI solutions to create more attractive products and increase sales
This role suits a person that likes to set direction without waiting for a playbook. You're structured enough to keep many things moving, creative enough to spot non-obvious opportunities, and grounded enough to work well with both hotel teams and central functions. You make things happen.
