We are now looking for Cluster Barception Supervisor for fixed term until 5.12.2026

What is a barception you might wonder? Easy. Bar+reception. It is the hotel's hub where guests can check in to the hotel, hang out at the bar and have something to eat. Now we need a fantastic supervisor for our Barception! Is it you? Or maybe someone you know?

The Barception Supervisor has an important role in smooth hotel operations. This role requires ownership of the daily operations together with the Barception Manager, ensuring that the Comfort Crew has everything they need to succeed in their work, maintaining quality control and operational efficiency, while ensuring our Comfort guest promise. The Barception Supervisor handles multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment, prioritizes effectively, and makes quick, independent decisions. Upholding brand standards and guest service promises is essential, as is creating a positive work environment.

The position is full-time and temporary and involves work during the day, evening, weekends and holidays. As it is when you work in hotels! Cluster Barception Supervisor position includes work for both Comfort Hotels and teams at the airport.

• You’re upbeat, approachable, and thrive in a fast-paced, airport environment

• You lead by example and have skill to inspire the team around you

• You are precise, enjoy problem solving and working independently

• You like to whip up drinks and small snacks for guests 

• You’re a natural at creating connections, making guests feel like they’re exactly where they should be

• Quick on your feet, you adapt to whatever the day throws your way - with a smile

• You have a nice track record already working in hospitality, you are experienced in hotel front desk operations and have already one year experience as a supervisor

• You are proficient in Finnish and English 

• It´s mandatory to have a Finnish alcohol and hygiene passport, since we sell alcohol and food
