Night Host (90h/3weeks)

We offer a fixed-term employment contract, 90h/3 weeks, until mid January 2027. The job includes mainly night shifts and occasionally morning, middle and evening shifts. In this role you will be working along with Night Head Host. 

Hotel St. George Reception Host is guests first contact at the hotel. They are dedicated to creating luxurious moments of magic and joy to take home for our guests with integrity. Their main purpose is to make sure our guests have a pleasant and memorable stay. 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Welcoming guests, checks guests in and out while ensuring all details on their reservations are correct.

  • Actively recommend our hotel's services to all our guests

  • Handles preauthorizations and payments for reservations, making sure registration cards are filled, updated and filed, along with different night shifts tasks. 

  • Host is responsible for answering guests' questions before, during and after their stay as well as handling their requests through email and phone. 

  • They also work as concierge providing authentic information about the hotel and Helsinki. 

  • Enthusiastically acquire new Strawberry Members and take exceptional care of both Strawberry and our Marriott Members, since we are part of Marriott Bonvoy Hotels.

Is This You?

  • You’re passionate about delivering premium guest experiences that are welcoming, joyful, and unforgettable

  • You’re adaptable and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments

  • You have education in the hospitality industry and good communication skills

  • Your language skills cover at least English, all other language skills are a plus and you have a liquor and hygiene certificate.
