As General Manager at Quality Hotel Sveitsi you will lead a talented and dedicated team providing guests with a genuine, considerate approach to serving guests. You will be at the heart of the hotel's operations, ensuring that every guest's expectations are exceeded – through exceptional service, cosy rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. You will not simply run a hotel; you will create an unforgettable experience for everyone who steps through the door.

Your role:

  • Through warm and open leadership, ensure that guests feel welcome and staff feel appreciated.
  • Ensure an excellent level of operations by maximising occupancy and revenue, making sure the hotel runs smoothly, and delivering exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out.
  • Promote a supportive team environment and encourage collaboration, feedback, and development.
  • Express the brand's values through a friendly and reliable service that encourages repeat bookings.
  • Maintain financial performance through effective budgeting and forecasts.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction, whether a major conference or simply a solo traveller.

What we are looking for:

  • A service-focused leader with at least 5 years of experience in the hotel sector or a related field.
  • Someone who can nurture a warm and welcoming atmosphere that will bring a smile to our guests.
  • A reliable and responsible leader who can manage the business smoothly and achieve financial goals.
  • A team player who leads by example, encourages feedback, and creates a positive and collaborative atmosphere.
