Banquet Chef

At Admiral Hotel, hospitality begins behind the scenes. More than 150 colleagues work together to create memorable experiences for our guests – from restaurant service to conferences and events. To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for an experienced Banquet Chef who thrives in a dynamic environment where planning, teamwork, and high-quality execution go hand in hand.

At Admiral Hotel, we host everything from intimate dinners to large-scale events and banquets. Our kitchen combines classic craftsmanship with modern hospitality, delivering memorable dining experiences with precision, structure, and attention to detail.

Who we are looking for

You are a perfect fit for the role if you:

• Have at least 5 years of experience as a chef, including solid experience with banquets, events, or large-scale service.
• Are flexible regarding working hours, as the role includes varying shifts depending on the banquet calendar.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and are confident coordinating and executing evening events together with the kitchen team.
• Have a strong understanding of classic cooking techniques and fundamental preparation methods.
• Value clear communication and are confident taking initiative when needed.
• Enjoy working independently with freedom under responsibility – including preparation, planning, and execution when events are scheduled.
• Speak and write English fluently.
