Now we’re looking for temporary Banquet Waiters who know that every unforgettable visit begins with a great first impression and carries through every interaction.

As a part of our Meetings & Events crew you excel in customer service, have a passion for food and create unforgettable experiences for our guests. We are seeking a passionate and talented persons to join our dynamic team.

What you'll do:

• Set the Stage for Success: Transform empty spaces into spectacular event venues. You’ll prepare meeting rooms, coffee market areas, banquet hall, and dining areas—handling everything from table settings and buffet stations to making sure the basic A/V tech is good to go.
• Flawless Food & Beverage Service: You’ll serve beautiful plated dinners, keep buffets looking fresh, pour wine, and ensure the coffee and energy stay flowing during crucial conference breaks.
• Be the Ultimate Host: Anticipate what guests need before they even have to ask. You’ll handle special dietary requests and sudden changes with a warm smile, infectious energy, and a rock-solid "can-do" attitude.
• Keep Things Looking Sharp: Maintain a vibrant and inviting atmosphere. You'll keep the event spaces clean, organized, and highly presentable, efficiently clearing tables so guests can focus on enjoying their event.
• Play as a Team: Great events are a group effort! You’ll work in perfect sync with the kitchen, front desk, and event coordinators to ensure timing is spot-on and execution is seamless.
• Wrap Up & Reset: Leave the space better than you found it. You’ll handle closing duties, reset rooms for the next day's events, and polish glasses to a shine.

Job Details:

This is a temporary position for 1.9.- 30.11.2026 with 60- 90 h in 3 weeks average working hours. The position requires working varied shifts, including evenings, late nights and weekends.

You are a team player who builds trust through collaboration and isn't afraid to take initiative to ensure the guest experience is flawless. You keep a cool head when the pressure is on and always wear a smile.

Points for:

• 1-2 years of previous experience in banquet or à la carte service.
• Fluency in English (required); Finnish language skills are a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
