1. High-Volume Hotel Front Office Experience: You bring 3- 4 years of solid leadership experience specifically within a large hotel reception, Front Desk (ideally in a big property or busy transit hub). A 605-room hotel checkout rush doesn't scare you! True professionalism to us means combining top-tier hotel operational expertise with a warm, casual, and down-to-earth presence. You feel right at home leading a massive front desk operation in a comfortable t-shirt uniform.
2. Team Synergy & Positive Culture: You are a natural people person. You know how to take a diverse front-of-house team, set clear standards, keep communication tight, and build a positive, supportive workplace culture.
3. Operational Resilience (The "Airport Factor"): Operating right next to the airport means sudden changes happen. Whether it’s a massive morning checkout rush or managing the logistics of an unexpected flight cancellation group, you stay completely calm under pressure and lead your crew through the day with a smile.
Welcome guests with a friendly, genuine attitude and set the tone for an awesome stay.
Handle check-ins, check-outs, bookings, and inquiries, as well as sales from the deli and barception, ensuring the guest experience is smooth and seamless.
Help guests with everything from local tips to insider recommendations, creating a connection that goes beyond the ordinary.
Keep the energy high in the Barception and work closely with your colleagues to maintain Comfort’s relaxed, urban vibe.
Support your team with everything they need to succeed in all of the above—always in line with Comfort’s guidelines and our guest promise.
Keep an eye on the numbers, manage budgets, and maintain a balanced scoreboard to ensure the department is profitable and sustainable.

As a leader at Comfort Hotel, you need to speak both a Nordic language and English fluently. Additional language skills are a definite plus.
