We’re looking for a Night Welcome Office Agent who knows that every unforgettable stay begins with a great first impression and carries through every interaction.

As part of our Welcome Office team, you’ll be the heartbeat of the guest experience —ensuring every detail is seamless, from check-in to check-out, and creating a space that feels both personal and premium. You bring energy, charm, and a genuine commitment to making each guest feel valued and inspired by their time with us.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Daily front office operations, ensuring every experience is smooth, from bookings and payments to handling guest inquiries.
• Embody Clarion’s promise of style, quality, and energy in every interaction, consistently delivering high-quality, personalized service.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to create a seamless, elevated guest experience.

This is a permanent full-time position to start at the beginning of August. The position requires working night shifts, including weekdays and weekends.

Is This You?

• You’re passionate about delivering premium guest experiences that are polished, warm, and unforgettable.
• You’re adaptable and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• You have an eye for detail and know how to elevate the everyday into something extraordinary.
• You have previous 2-3 years of experience in hotel reception.
• You have proficient English skills (Finnish is a plus).
• You have experience using Mews and have worked on night shifts before.
