REVENUE MANAGER, HELSINKI, FINLAND

Are you our next Revenue Rockstar?

We're looking for a Revenue Manager to join our brilliant and dynamic Profit team in Helsinki, Finland.

What you will be doing:

• Revenue Optimization: Maximize profit, and market share for a selected set of our awesome hotels.

• Strategic Planning: Oversee strategic and tactical revenue initiatives, planning creative sales strategies, and deciding on pricing and channel mix for both transient and group business.

• Demand & Inventory Management: Proactively manage all the exciting processes related to demand, forecasting, opportunity analysis, and inventory.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the amazing Strawberry Profit team, Field & Inhouse Sales, Marketing, and dedicated hotel teams to develop and realize synergies across the portfolio.

Who we think you are: 

• Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in a Revenue Management role within the hospitality industry.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

• Language Skills: Fluent in both Finnish and English. Swedish/ Nordic languages are a plus.

• Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of relevant Revenue Management and PMS systems; experience with Duetto or IDeas is highly preferred. Advanced Excel skills, expertise in business analytics and tools, and a strong understanding of industry-standard metrics and reports.

• Soft Skills:

  • Superior data analysis and reasoning capabilities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.

  • Strong time management and ability to adapt to tight deadlines in a complex, fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
