Are you someone who turns a blank canvas into a customer journey that actually moves people?

At Strawberry, we believe every message we send should feel like it was written just for you. We're looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join our Omnichannel team — someone who loves the craft of campaign production as much as the science of making it better.

This isn't a "set it and forget it" role. You'll own the full lifecycle of our campaigns — from the first newsletter draft to the push notification that nudges a guest back through our doors — and you'll always be asking: how do we make this smarter?

What you'll be doing:

  • Campaign production & management: Build and manage campaigns across email, SMS, and app push in Braze — with a keen eye for quality, consistency, and the guest experience at every touchpoint.

  • Lifecycle & journey thinking: Work across customer journeys to ensure our campaign messaging is timely, relevant, and effective — from welcome flows to win-back campaigns and everything in between.

  • Automation & efficiency: Proactively look for opportunities to automate manual processes and improve how we work, so the team spends less time on repetition and more time on impact.

  • Performance monitoring & test-and-learn: Track how campaigns are performing, run A/B tests, and bring data-backed recommendations to the table. You don't just report the numbers — you act on them.

  • Newsletter production: Own the end-to-end production of our newsletters in Braze, from build and QA to send and reporting.

  • Collaboration on larger automations: Occasionally roll up your sleeves on more complex automation projects alongside the wider Omnichannel and tech teams.



Who you are:

You're organised, curious, and a little bit obsessed with getting things right. You care about the guest experience and you understand that a well-timed, well-crafted message can make all the difference.

We're looking for:

  • Solid hands-on experience with Braze — you know your way around Canvas, campaigns, and segments

  • A genuine interest in automation and making processes more efficient

  • Experience running campaigns across email, SMS, and push

  • A test-and-learn mindset — you're comfortable with iteration and not afraid to try something new

  • Good analytical instincts — you can read performance data and know what to do with it

  • A collaborative spirit and clear communicator across teams
