We are now looking for a Chef to join our Food & Beverage team to craft delicious culinary experiences for all our hotel and conference guests.

• Menu Execution:Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality food across all shifts, including breakfast, à la carte, and banquets, in line with our brand concepts.
• Sustainability: Follow routines for standard products and strict waste sorting requirements.
• Safety First: Maintain health, safety, and environmental (HSE/HMS) regulations as your highest priority.
• Flexibility: The position involves a roster of day, evening, and weekend shifts.

• Qualifications: A trade certificate (Fagbrev) is required. Experience from hotel restaurants is a definite plus.
