RESULTS-ORIENTED BUSINESS PERFORMANCE MANAGER WANTED
Take your career to the next level by working with some of the best people in the industry. We are willing to give you a massive platform to perform amazing things. Come and join us at Strawberry Living in our most expansive era ever!
Do you want to be our very first Business Performer for Företagsbostäder and Lynra?
As our new Business Performance Manager, you get a unique opportunity to shape both the role and your everyday work life. We have a solid foundation in place, but we are looking for someone who wants to take ownership, build the long-term routines, and design the analytical infrastructure from the ground up. If you enjoy having a real impact on how things are done, this is the perfect challenge for you.
You will be the analytical mastermind for the whole group, working closely with our leadership team. You are a business partner as well as an operational excellence manager. Your mission is to help all our units analyze their results and implement best-practice processes to support them in reaching their goals. We are definitely not a bank or a government agency - we move fast, love testing new ideas, and keep things relaxed but highly professional.
OUR VALUES
Helpfulness & Respect: We support one another and appreciate every contribution to keep our work environment collaborative and positive.
Accountability & Transparency: We maintain forthright communication to build strong, reliable relationships.
Curiosity & Innovation: We explore new possibilities and challenge old truths.
Simplification: We prioritize simplification in everything we do—from communication to tools - to ensure efficiency and clarity.
OUR PEOPLE
From introverted number-crunchers to extroverted karaoke stars—our team is beautifully diverse. We value good communication, transparency, and a workplace where you can be 100% yourself.
YOU
To thrive here, you should enjoy an environment where you have the freedom to create structure and find the best ways forward. If you love the combination of strategic thinking and the hands-on thrill of building efficient workflows, you’re exactly who we are looking for.
Your background:
A higher degree in economics/finance, a background as an auditor, or any other relevant experience that made you sharp with numbers.
Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language.

Department: Finance at Strawberry Living.
Organizational placement: Member of the Finance Team, reporting to the Group Finance Director.
