Admiral Hotel is seeking a dedicated and energetic Receptionist for a part-time position. The hours will be approximately 15-20 hours per week, with start date as soon as possible.


Your Role

You can look forward to a busy, challenging, and vibrant workday. With 366 rooms and a strong reputation both locally and internationally, the reception desk is often fast-paced. Your job will be to deliver world-class service and assistance with a smile that effortlessly bridges cultural, language, and time differences.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming, checking in and checking out guests  (including cash and payment handling)

  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails

  • Handling reservations, guest inquiries, and concierge tasks

  • Ensuring a consistently high and personalized level of service for all guests

  • Lighter administrative duties and ad-hoc reception tasks


Who We Are Looking For

  • You have experience from a similar role in the hospitality industry – or an exceptionally strong passion for customer service.

  • You are outgoing, approachable, and thrive in a busy, dynamic environment.

  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Danish is not a requirement, but any additional languages are considered a plus.

  • You possess strong IT skills and preferably have experience with hotel booking systems Mews.

  • You are flexible and prepared to work a schedule that includes day, evening, and weekend shifts.
