Technical Product Manager – ConnectHub
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to ConnectHub: Strawberry’s API and integration catalogue — the core platform enabling reusable APIs, standardized integration patterns and shared platform capabilities across our entire portfolio. It provides a scalable foundation supporting our websites and apps, while enabling integrations with partners, OTAs, AI agents and future machine-to-machine ecosystems.
As Technical Product Manager for ConnectHub, you will evolve our API catalogue into a mature, reliable platform — the technical foundation enabling Strawberry's distribution strategy across digital channels, partners, and AI agents. As the way guests discover and book hotels and experiences shifts rapidly, you'll ensure we're ready for an agent-to-agent future.
This is a role for someone who's equally comfortable in the technical details and the strategic picture — and who gets excited about building the kind of platform other teams depend on.
This permanent role is based on-site at our Stockholm HQ.
What you'll do:
Define Product Strategy: Establish the product strategy, vision, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives while maintaining a focus on delivering high-impact use cases.
Strengthen Foundation & Governance: Together with the team to define and execute the governance model, onboarding key internal product teams onto generic APIs and the caching layer while ensuring the catalogue is performing, is documented, and highly reliable.
Drive AI Readiness & Distribution: Ensure ConnectHub provides standardized APIs, metadata and context required for AI agents, MCP servers and emerging machine-to-machine integrations, enabling Strawberry’s digital products and commercial channels.
Lead Discovery & Prioritisation: Drive structured discovery across the portfolio, identifying and prioritizing critical improvements that range from platform stability, scalability, and data quality to new commercial opportunities. Work cross-functionally with engineering, product teams, and commercial stakeholders to align the ConnectHub roadmap with wider business needs. Proactively map and manage technical dependencies by understanding what other product teams need from the platform and when.
Measure & Report Success: Drive all initiatives with a strong focus on clear, tangible outcomes, including platform adoption, performance, developer efficiency, and overall commercial impact. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement. Measure, analyze, and report on platform outcomes and overall product success.
Collaboration Structures: Establish the formal collaboration structures, processes, and ways of working required to run a shared, scalable, and highly efficient platform. Collaborate daily across engineering, product, and commercial boundaries, running structured product discovery for both internal developer consumers and external distribution partners.
Commit to Experimentation-First: Maintain an experimentation-first mindset to continuously test, validate, and scale new technical solutions and platform features.
Apply Hands-on AI Tools: Work actively with modern AI tools on a daily basis to build, prototype, and solve complex platform problems.
Execution. You work shoulder-to-shoulder together with the team of engineers throughout delivery as part of the product team. You ask the right questions, evaluate feasibility, and keep the team oriented around the right problem.
Qualifications:
Platform & API Product Management: Proven experience owning platform or API products where your primary customers are other internal product teams. Deep knowledge of API-led connectivity, integration logic separation, and caching architectures.
Technical Fluency: Comfortably engage with engineering teams on architecture decisions, data layering, integration patterns, and platform trade-offs.
AI Distribution Knowledge: Working familiarity with the emerging AI landscape, including agentic workflows, A2A (agent-to-agent) protocols, and how LLMs interact with APIs. Understanding of how MCP servers and connectors work in practice is highly valued.
Hands-on Experimentation: Experience actively building or prototyping with modern AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, or similar).
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional capability navigating complex stakeholder environments, balancing long-term technical investments with immediate commercial needs, and translating platform metrics into business value.
Product Fundamentals: Strong background in agile frameworks, structured product discovery, and setting/tracking KPIs for platform products where value is indirect and distributed.
