  • Restaurant Supervisor


    We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and service-driven Restaurant Supervisor to join our team.


    This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional hospitality. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in à la carte service, acts confidently as a host (hovmester), and can successfully lead both daily restaurant operations and large-scale events.


    Key Responsibilities


    - Lead and supervise the restaurant team during daily operations.

    - Act as host (hovmester), welcoming guests and ensuring a seamless dining experience.

    - Deliver exceptional hospitality and provide outstanding guest service.

    - Lead large events, including 3-course dinners for 200+ guests.

    - Manage staffing and prepare employee schedules.

    - Order beverages and restaurant supplies and oversee inventory and stock control.

    - Work as an experienced bartender and support bar operations when required.

    - Provide professional wine recommendations and maintain high standards of wine service.

    - Train, coach, and motivate team members while ensuring consistent service quality.

    - Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards.


    Qualifications


    - Proven experience as a Head Waiter, Restaurant Supervisor, or similar leadership role.

    - Extensive experience in a high-quality à la carte restaurant.

    - Experience working as a hovmester/host, confidently managing guest flow and reservations.

    - Strong bartending skills.

    - Sommelier certification or solid wine knowledge is highly desirable.

    - Experience with ordering, inventory management, and stock control.

    - Experience creating staff schedules and leading teams.

    - Proven ability to organize and lead large events with 200+ guests.

    - Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

    - Ability to remain calm and deliver exceptional service in a high-paced environment.

    - A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
