Our chefs are renowned for thrilling guests with culinary works of art, and we are now looking for a passionate Pizza Chef to join our team as an on-call substitute.

About the Role

As a substitute Pizza Chef, you will play a key role in maintaining our high standards for authentic Italian pizza. Our "Pizza Napoletana" concept focuses on the quality of the dough and premium ingredients, served directly from our pizza oven. You will work in a dynamic environment characterized by a fast pace, creativity, and professionalism.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake authentic Pizza Napoletana pizza in our dedicated pizza oven.
  • Ensure every pizza meets our strict standards for taste, texture, and presentation.
  • Contribute to the production of our selection.
  • Maintain a clean and organized working environment in accordance with food safety regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Pizza Chef, with a specialization in Neapolitan pizza.
  • Solid knowledge of dough handling, fermentation, and baking in high-temperature ovens.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle high volumes during peak times.
  • A creative mindset with meticulous attention to detail and true craftsmanship.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Formal culinary education is beneficial but not required if you have the right experience.
