We are looking for two Welcome Office Agents who know that every unforgettable stay begins with a great first impression and carries through every interaction.

As a vital part of our Welcome Office team, you will not just be at the reception – you will be in the very heartbeat of our guest journey!  We are looking for individuals who are full of energy and hold a genuine passion for making each guest feel not just valued, but truly inspired by their time with us. Help us to create better experiences!

What you will be doing:

  • Daily front office operations, ensuring every experience is smooth, from bookings and payments to handling guest inquiries
  • Embody Clarion’s promise of style, quality, and energy in every interaction, consistently delivering high-quality, personalized service
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to create a seamless, elevated guest experience

This is a permanent position, offering either 30h / 3weeks or 60h / 3weeks, with a start date tailored to your availability. Be ready to embrace varied shifts, including the vibrant buzz of evenings, weekends and sometimes nights – it is all part of the dynamic hotel rhythm!

Is this you?

  • You are passionate about delivering wonderful guest experiences that are genuine, warm and unforgettable
  • You are adaptable and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • You have an eye for detail and know how to elevate the everyday into a better experience
  • Experience in hospitality or customer service is a MUST
  • Finnish residency and work permit are a MUST
  • Finnish language skills are a huge bonus
  • Knowledge of MEWS PMS is a bonus
  • You never miss an opportunity to drive upsell and maximize enrollments
