Nordic Light Hotel har 169 rum samt 15 konferenslokaler och restaurangen Lykke. Vi är en del av Nordic Hotels & Resorts som i sin tur ägs av Strawberry. Nordic Hotels & Resorts består av en grupp fristående livsstilshotell såsom At Six, HOBO, Amerikalinjen, The Thief, Yasuragi, Villa Copenhagen med flera.

Om tjänsten

Vi på Nordic Light Hotel söker dig som vill vara en del av ett omtänktsamt, professionellt och starkt team där vi ställer upp för varandra. Du vill utvecklas och ser det som en del i din utveckling att få andra i teamet att utvecklas.

Nu söker vi en avdelningschef till vår Konferens. Du ansvarar för driften på avdelningen och är ytterst ansvarig för personalen, gäst- och personalnöjdhet samt säkerhet- och rutinsäkerställande. Du sätter forecast och följer upp KPIer och budget för avdelningen. Du rapporterar till Hotel Manager.

Som avdelningschef arbetar du tätt tillsammans med alla medarbetare på hotellets samtliga avdelningar. Ihop strävar vi för att ge gästen en upplevelse över förväntan vilket ger dig möjlighet att ständigt utvecklas. Vi arbetar som en helhet vilket ger dig stora möjligheter att lära dig flera nya områden. Alla medarbetare har ett övergripande ansvar för att förmedla vår unika service och känsla till alla som besöker oss för att skapa stunder som ger oss återkommande gäster och få kollegor att stanna.

Vem är du?

• Du har gott om energi, engagemang och motivation
• Du är ordningsam, strukturerad och öppen i din kommunikation
• Du besitter ledaregenskaper där medarbetare ser upp till ditt sätt att leda och arbeta
• Du har erfarenhet av ledarskap på hotell, i reception och/eller konferens 
• Du trivs med att jobba mot mål och utsatta targets
• Du arbetar stabilt i ett högt tempo där du aldrig drar ner din höga servicenivå
• Du jobbar bra både självständigt samtidigt som du lägger stor vikt vid bra kommunikation med dina kollegor
• Du kommunicerar bra på de nordiska språken samt engelska då vi har mycket internationella gäster
• Du är nyfiken och tar ansvar för dig egen samt dina kollegors utveckling
• Erfarenhet av Strawberry och bokningssystemet Mews är en merit
