We are seeking a Café Attendant for Wood Hotel Bodø

At the peak of Bodø, embraced by Northern Norwegian nature and boasting panoramic views of the ocean and mountains, Wood Hotel rises as a beacon of sustainable and warm hospitality. We are redefining premium experiences by combining spectacular architecture with a cozy, vibrant, and down-to-earth atmosphere. Now, we are looking for a Café Attendant who understands that a great day starts with the perfect cup of coffee, fresh pastries, and a warm welcome.

As part of our café team, you are the first point of contact for hikers, hotel guests, and locals visiting the mountain. You are passionate about good coffee, light meals, and providing attentive, genuine service that makes everyone feel at home.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Being the face of the café: Welcoming guests with warmth, taking orders efficiently, and ensuring a cozy and inviting atmosphere.

• Crafting the perfect experience: Making high-quality coffee, preparing light meals, and presenting fresh baked goods beautifully.

• Maintaining high standards: Keeping the café counter, seating areas, and equipment clean, organized, and inviting throughout the day.

• Playing as a team: Maintaining an open and positive dialogue with your colleagues and supporting other departments when needed – we lift as one.

We are looking for part-time café attendants, with start dates to be agreed upon. Working hours will vary and include day, evening, and weekend shifts.

• You are a good communicator, detail-oriented, and independent in your work.

• You stay calm, organized, and keep smiling, even when the weekend rush hits.

Bonus points if you also:

• Have barista training or a strong interest in coffee culture.
