We’re looking for a Bartender / a la carte Waiter who knows that every unforgettable stay begins with a great first impression and carries through every interaction.

What you'll be doing:

• Mixing & Serving: Work mainly in the Brasserie NÒR Restaurant on the 12th floor as a bartender, and step in as a waiter when needed. Shifts also occasionally include working in the 2nd-floor Living Room Bar.  

• Guest Experience: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, take orders accurately, make recommendations, and ensure a positive guest experience.  

• Crafting Drinks: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standardized recipes and customer preferences.

• Bar Management: Monitor stock levels, ensuring the bar is well-supplied with necessary ingredients. Report shortages or maintenance issues as needed.

• Maintaining Standards: Keep the bar area—including glassware, utensils, and equipment—clean and organized, adhering to all health and safety standards.

This is a fixed-term and part-time (approx. 60 hours per 3-week period) position. We are looking for a person for 1.10.2026-31.1.2027. The position requires working varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Is this you?

• Experienced from working in a bar (2-5 years).
• Experienced working in a la carte restaurant as a waiter (2-5 years).
• Flexible and reliable, with a passion for creating great experiences.
• Fluent in English.
• Good communicator with attention to detail.
• Comfortable multi-tasking and handling stress.

• Turning challenges into opportunities, managing multiple tasks, and keeping high standards, even when things get tough.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Finnish language skills.
