Clarion Hotel Oslo is located in the beating heart of Bjørvika in Oslo.  After opening in 2019, the hotel has become a pulsating and important part of the area, taking great pride in being a forerunner in terms of service and quality. Currently we are recruiting for extra help positions. 
Shifts may therefore vary from week to week.  

As a Housekeeping team member you will work closely with other departments to ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests. The team consists of a multicultural and inclusive set of coworkers, which include some of the most knowledgeable people in the industry - who take great pride in their work. As a Housekeeping team member, you are expected to perform the following tasks: 

• Responsible to clean assigned rooms, bathrooms, common areas, corridors and other designated areas, with high quality and within an assigned time. 
• Follow daily routines, with a high degree of accuracy 
• Report damages, faulty inventory or other immediately to  your closest manager and maintenance department. 
• It is expected that every team member works continuously toward the predefined goals for the department, and that you are familiar with them. 
• The position requires shift work (week days, evenings and weekends). 
• It is expected that every team member stay updated on the hotels fire and safety routines. 
• Actively contribute to the work environment. 
• Have a good dialog with the reception via the internal system, ALICE and google hangout. 
• Be a good ambassador for the hotel and STRAWBERRY, and to help guests and colleagues by being resourceful. 
• Make sure to be uniformed correctly, in line with internal guidelines.  
• Take good care of our building, colleagues and guests. 
• Team members can be expected to perform other tasks if the work requires it.
