Clarion Hotel Aviapolis is in search of a talented and enthusiastic Head Waiter/Shift Leader to join and lead our dynamic Social Bar & Bistro team. We are looking for someone who excels in customer service, has a passion for food and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. 

What you'll do:

• Coordinating and leading your team.
• Train new staff, assigning duties and addressing any issues arising during service.
• You’re the primary point of contact both towards our guests; greeting and seating, presenting menus, taking orders and ensuring special requests or dietary needs and towards our kitchen; together with the kitchen staff coordinate the service. 
• You ensure that all areas are stocked, no tasks are left unfinished, and stay informed about upcoming events and plans for the week.
• You have full, proactive control of the shift, anticipating needs, addressing issues immediately, and keeping the operation running smoothly without waiting for instructions.
• Focus on achieving results and goals. Set relevant objectives and consistently strive to meet or exceed expectations.

This is a permanent position of 60h/3weeks starting as soon as possible. The position requires working varied shifts, including afternoons, evenings and weekends.
