Strawberry | Internal recruitment | 6-month project employment, with possibility of extension

About the role

Our Operational Excellence Project Team is the engine behind Strawberry's pre-openings, hotel implementations, internal or external events, and internal projects.

Our team is made up of both Project Managers and Coordinators, working closely side by side. We're now looking for a Coordinator to join our tight and fast-moving team. You'll work closely with our Project Managers, supporting them across hotel openings, franchise implementations, events, and cross-functional projects, making sure the details are handled.

This is an internal position - open only to current Strawberry employees.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting our Project Managers day-to-day, taking ownership of the practical and administrative pieces of their projects so they run smoothly.
  • Supporting the planning and execution of hotel pre-openings and implementations, from recruitment to procurement, onboarding and opening day
  • Coordinating logistics, timelines, and follow-ups across multiple projects running in parallel
  • Helping plan and deliver events, internal summits, and internal trainings
  • Supporting the planning of The Winter Conference, and be a part of the VK-team
  • Keeping plans, templates, and checklists up to date so the team can move fast and stay consistent
  • Acting as a point of contact for hotels and stakeholders - following up, chasing details, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Jumping in wherever the team needs an extra pair of hands, because in Operational Excellence, no two days look the same

Who we're looking for

You're a natural doer. You see what needs to happen, take ownership of it, and get it done. When you hit a snag, you come to your leader with a suggested solution, not just a problem. You're administratively sharp, organized, structured, and detail-oriented, even when there's a lot going on at once. In fact, you thrive on it. Juggling multiple projects, tight deadlines, and shifting priorities doesn't stress you out - it energizes you.

We also think you:

  • Enjoy working independently and take responsibility for your own deliverables
  • Are comfortable traveling as part of the job
  • Have strong communication skills and enjoy working with people at all levels of the organization
  • Are calm, solutions-oriented, and easy to work with, even when things move fast
  • Driving license is required
  • You either work from HQ Stockholm or Oslo
  • Language: Swedish/Norwegian as well as English

Bonus points if you already know one or more of our internal systems and ways of working

What we offer

You'll join our small, close-knit team that works hard and love what we do. We move fast, support each other, and take pride in delivering, whether it's a hotel opening, a big event, or a project. If you like variety, momentum, and being trusted to run with things, you'll feel right at home here.

The position is a 6-month project employment with the possibility of extension.
