As the Barception Supervisor at Comfort Hotel Runway, you're working with a team of around 10 people - who are working shifts 24/7, 365 days a year. Our barception never close. 

Your to-do-list as a Comfort Barception Supervisor:

• Welcome guests with a friendly, no-nonsense approach, setting the tone for a great stay
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, bookings, and inquiries, keeping the guest experience smooth and seamless
• Support guests with everything from local tips to insider recommendations, creating a connection that goes beyond the basics
• Keep the Barception buzzing with energy and positivity, working closely with colleagues to maintain Comfort’s effortless, urban vibe
• Support your team with everything they need to do all of the above - always following the Comfort rules and keeping our guest promise
• Bring sustainability into everything we do, helping us be a responsible player
• Job instruction will be provided by Barception Manager
