Shift Leader: The Social Bar & Bistro

Clarion Hotel Mestari  is in search of a talented and enthusiastic Shift Leader to join and lead our dynamic team. We are looking for someone who excels in customer service, has a passion for food and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. 

What you'll do:

• Coordinating and leading your team.
• Train new staff, assigning duties and addressing any issues arising during service.
• You’re the primary point of contact both towards our guests; greeting and seating, presenting menus, taking orders and ensuring special requests or dietary needs and towards our kitchen; together with the kitchen staff coordinate the service. 

This is a permanent position of 90h/3weeks starting as soon as possible. The position requires working varied shifts, including evenings and weekends

• Experience with maintaining inventory
