We are seeking an exceptional Meeting & Event Planner who understands that true luxury lies in anticipation, flawless execution, and discreet, tailored service. In this high-impact role, you will curate high-profile corporate gatherings, diplomatic visits, and grand celebrations in our legendary venues, ensuring every moment is imbued with timeless elegance.

Meeting & Event Planner Role;

- End-to-End Event Curation: Take full ownership of the client journey after sales handover, guiding event organizers, international delegations, and corporate leaders through detailed planning, flawless execution, and post-event reflection.
- Distinguished Hostship: Serve as the face of Kämp hospitality by leading private site inspections, offering warm personal outreach, and hosting clients on-site during event days to ensure total peace of mind.
- Seamless Cross-Departmental Flow: Bridge communication between clients, the culinary team, banquet leads, housekeeping, and finance to ensure effortless execution within our historic venues.
- Commercial & Financial Precision: Maximize revenue through luxury upsells, manage high-end external supplier relationships, handle invoicing, and track event margins.
- Hands-on Operational Presence: Maintain an active, reassuring presence during major galas and peak hours, stepping in alongside the banquet team whenever needed to safeguard five-star standards.
- Systems & Sustainability: Utilize operational systems (Mews, Event Temple, Loopon) with precision and deliver post-event Environmental Impact Reports to support our commitment to sustainable luxury.

What We Expect in a Luxury Professional

We are looking for a host with 2–3 years of experience in luxury hospitality or high-end event coordination, backed by a relevant Bachelor’s degree. 
You possess a deep intuitive understanding of luxury guest expectations, an uncompromising eye for detail, and the grace to navigate high-pressure situations with poise. 
Emotional intelligence and professional fluency in both Finnish and English are essential for managing high-net-worth clients and international delegates. 
Flexibility to work tailored event shifts, including evenings and weekends, is required.
