Chef

This position is a part time 60h / 3 weeks

At Clarion, we embrace our role as a premium chain by focusing on people—both guests and employees.  We are committed to continuously developing ourselves and each other to reach everyone’s full potential. Giving and receiving feedback is not just encouraged; it’s expected, as it drives both individual and collective growth. We take true ownership by running the hotel as if we own it, showing care and responsibility in everything we do, including our impact on the environment. Our passion lies in delivering the best service in the city, always with an optimistic, attentive, and professional attitude.

Clarion Hotel® Aviapolis combines Scandinavian elegance and seamless comfort with bright and spacious accommodation, modern interior design, exclusive facilities and close proximity to shops, culture and urban attractions. You can also look forward to delicious bistro dishes and a wide range of beverages at The Social Bar & Bistro Aviapolis at the hotel offering the perfect start or end to a trip!

As a chef you will be responsible for different sections. You are able to properly prepare for service and keep the required production pace while being in sync with your team, but also able to work alone.

You will be expected to work in other workstations and work both day and evening shifts. The ability to work breakfast shifts would be an advantage. In our kitchens, you will be expected to provide excellent service to our guests and ensure that we always deliver great-looking and high-quality food. Like all kitchen staff, you have a responsibility to maintain good standards of hygiene, health and safety.
