We’re looking for a Welcome Office Agent who knows that every unforgettable stay begins with a great first impression and carries through every interaction.

As part of our Welcome Office team, you’ll be the heartbeat of the guest experience —ensuring every detail is seamless, from check-in to check-out, and creating a space that feels both personal and premium. You bring energy, charm, and a genuine commitment to making each guest feel valued and inspired by their time with us.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Daily front office operations, ensuring every experience is smooth, from bookings and payments to handling guest inquiries
  • Embody Clarion’s promise of style, quality, and energy in every interaction, consistently delivering high-quality, personalized service
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to create a seamless, elevated guest experience

This is a permanent position, offering on average 60h / 3 weeks with a start date to be agreed upon. The position requires working during night time.

  • You are passionate about delivering wonderful guest experiences that are genuine, warm, and unforgettable.
  • You are adaptable and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • You have an eye for detail and know how to elevate the everyday into a better experience.
  • You have experience in hospitality or customer service.
  • You have Finnish residency and a valid work permit.
  • You speak fluent Finnish and English.
  • Knowledge of MEWS PMS is a bonus.
  • You never miss an opportunity to drive upselling and maximize enrollments.
