Room Division Manager

Clarion Hotel Mestari is looking for a passionate and driven leader to join our team and manage our Room Division department (Welcome Office, Housekeeping and Maintenance). You'll be responsible for the effective management and smooth operation of the assigned departments. This role requires leadership in managing staff, maintaining quality control and operational efficiency, while ensuring excellent guest service. You are accountable for overseeing daily operations and handling multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment, prioritize effectively, and make quick, independent decisions. 

What you'll do:

• Lead and motivate your team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

• Ensure smooth operations within your departments, upholding brand standards and guest service promises

• Oversee daily operations and handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment

• Manage departmental budgets and expenses, and monitor and control costs to ensure profitability

This is a permanent full time job, with a start date to be agreed upon.
