We are looking for an F&B DUTY MANAGER (90 hours / 3 weeks/ Until further notice) to join our joyful and international team.
We hope you already have supervisory experience in restaurants and perhaps hotels, and that you understand and value a demanding, international clientele. The hotel’s diverse food and beverage operations (breakfast, brunch, M&E, A la carte, Bar, and Room service) offer an exciting and, above all, versatile role.
The job includes a hands-on leadership role on the floor as well as back-of-house responsibilities, such as resourcing, inventory management, cashing up, monthly reporting, and communicating with our meeting and event clients. In addition to these duties, the Duty Manager ensures that our waiters have the best conditions to succeed in their work—key factors being onboarding, guidance, and maintaining a great team spirit. Together with other supervisors, the Manager on Duty comprehensively monitors operations and plans future execution.
You must hold both a Hygiene passport and an Alcohol proficiency certificate.
