HOTEL KÄMP IS LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED HEAD WAITER FOR À LA CARTE BREAKFAST AND LUNCH
Would you like to be part of the team at Northern Europe's most prestigious hotel?
We are looking for an experienced Head Waiter to join our team at Hotel Kämp, where timeless elegance and warm hospitality meet. Kämp's restaurant services offer a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional who wants to create first-class experiences at five-star à la carte breakfast and lunch, combining high-level floor service with operational supervisory work.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a strong Head Waiter who is accustomed to taking independent responsibility.
In this role, you will be responsible for the operational supervision and successful execution of Hotel Kämp's à la carte breakfast and lunch – from thorough preparation down to the finest detail. You will report to the Department Manager and act as their deputy when necessary.
A key part of your role is to act as the person in charge for breakfast and lunch services, ensuring the highest possible service quality, smooth processes, and a first-class guest experience. You lead the team by example and contribute directly to onboarding new staff and continuous skill development.
You will work actively and versatilely on the restaurant floor, serving as a strong support for your team in daily guest service. The role requires solid operational expertise, flexibility, and quick thinking in fast-paced service situations.
The position involves working both breakfast and lunch shifts. The work focuses on mornings and daytime, but as our restaurant and hotel are open every day of the year, the role requires readiness to work on weekends as well. You will be there to create a perfect start to our guests' day and craft memorable lunch moments.
You will join an energetic and multinational team that values professionalism, cooperation, and continuous development.
