Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for GuestHouse: Strawberry's custom-built booking engine and the core commercial platform serving our Luxury & Lifestyle and Resort hotel portfolio. It powers direct bookings and guest-facing commerce for these properties, while enabling integrations with partners, distribution channels and future AI-driven booking journeys.

As Senior Product Manager for GuestHouse, you will drive adoption, optimisation and commercial performance of the platform across the portfolio - ensuring hotels and staff are set up for both operational and commercial success. As the way guests discover and book hotels and experiences shifts rapidly, you'll set the strategy and capture opportunities based on where the market and guest expectations are heading.

This is a role for someone who's equally comfortable managing commercial products and driving high adoption out at our properties - someone who moves fluently between technical detail and strategic picture, and who is energized by exploring and shaping the path forward with the team.

This permanent role is based on-site at our Stockholm HQ.

What you will do

Define Product Strategy & Roadmap: Together with stakeholders define the product strategy and roadmap for GuestHouse, ensuring alignment with business objectives while maintaining a focus on delivering high-impact use cases.

Drive Commercial Adoption & Performance: Collaborate with the Business side in driving adoption, optimisation, and commercial performance of GuestHouse.

Drive AI Readiness & Distribution: Ensure GuestHouse stays ahead on distribution, operates efficiently, and is positioned for an AI-driven future — including AI agents, MCP servers, and emerging machine-to-machine integrations that support Strawberry's digital products and commercial channels.

Lead Discovery & Prioritisation: Drive structured discovery across the portfolio, identifying and prioritizing critical improvements that range from operational excellence at the hotels to commercial impact and growth. Work cross-functionally with engineering, other product teams, and commercial stakeholders to align the GuestHouse roadmap with wider business needs and scalability.

Measure & Report Success: Drive all initiatives with a strong focus on clear, tangible outcomes, including adoption, performance, and overall commercial impact. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement, and report on outcomes and product success.

Collaboration Structures: Establish the collaboration structures, processes, and ways of working required to drive the desired outcomes across the company. Collaborate daily across stakeholders, other divisions, engineering, product, and commercial boundaries, running structured product discovery.

Commit to Experimentation-First: Maintain and establish an experimentation-first mindset to continuously test, validate, and scale new solutions and features using relevant methods (e.g. A/B testing).

Apply Hands-on AI Tools: Work actively with modern AI tools on a daily basis to build, prototype, and solve complex product problems. Together with the team, explore, define and implement Agentic SDLC ways of working that allow the team to deliver maximum value with minimum effort, focusing time on high-ROI activities across the entire product development lifecycle.

Execution: You work shoulder-to-shoulder with the team of engineers throughout delivery as part of the product team. You ask the right questions, evaluate feasibility, and keep the team oriented around the right problem.

Qualifications

  • Commercial Product Management: Proven experience working with commercial products, including conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and driving adoption of digital products.

  • Platform Strategy: Experience setting strategy for a booking engine or similar commercial platform product.

  • Technical Fluency: Comfortably engage with engineering teams on architecture decisions, data layering, integration patterns, and platform trade-offs.

  • Hands-on Experimentation: Experience setting up A/B tests, and actively building or prototyping with modern AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, or similar)

  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional capability navigating complex stakeholder environments, balancing long-term platform investments with immediate commercial needs, and translating platform metrics into business value.

  • Product Fundamentals: Strong background in agile frameworks, structured product discovery, and setting/tracking KPIs for commercial platform products.

  • Bonus: Experience with GuestHouse, Mews, or similar PMS/booking engine environments is a strong plus.

What we offer

  • Real Impact & Empowerment: Play a central role in a dynamic digital transformation within a flat organization built on trust, autonomy, and room to make a real difference.

  • Growth & Community: Continuous professional development opportunities to advance your career , combined with a vibrant, social, and inclusive team environment.

  • Fantastic Perks: Excellent employee discounts, including steep staff, friends, and family rates at our hotels.

  • Flexible Work Model: A hybrid working structure featuring three days of in-person collaboration at our Stockholm or Oslo HQ, giving you the best of both worlds.
