Part-time Receptionist at Home Hotel Jugend (60h/3week)

Now we’re looking internally for a part-time Receptionist at Home Hotel Jugend, Helsinki (60h/3week) until the end of 2026.

We are looking for a customer service-oriented and energetic receptionist to join the Home Hotel Jugend team. You are someone who is passionate about your work and values quality and service. This is a three-shift job, and in this role, you will also get to do shifts in our restaurant as well as in our other sister hotels.

Your duties will include a versatile range of receptionist tasks. During your shift, you will work as part of a team, but when needed, you are also comfortable working independently. The person we are looking for is active, proactive, and capable of working even in a fast-paced environment. The position requires good communication skills. Shifts are also available in our restaurant during breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

You are enthusiastic, positive, outgoing, and flexible. With every customer encounter, you aim for an extraordinary customer experience. Previous experience in hotel reception duties and the Mews property management system is considered an advantage, but the most important thing is your excellent attitude and willingness to learn.
