My focus has primarily been on traditional points-and-nights models, fixed tiers, and standard transactional rewards.
I have applied basic behavioral principles (such as time-limited rewards or simple gamification) in marketing campaigns.
I have designed engagement mechanics based on behavioral economics and habit loops (triggers, actions, variable rewards) that drive member engagement beyond standard transaction logic.
I have not project managed loyalty projects, but I have participated as a project team member or managed smaller departmental tasks.
I have managed small to medium-scale loyalty projects (e.g., standalone campaigns or member benefits) involving a limited group of stakeholders.
I have project managed complex, cross-functional loyalty initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups (e.g., IT/Tech, operations, and commercial teams) and successfully delivered against set goals.
I have limited experience with AI and primarily use static segmentation and standard email templates in loyalty operations.
I have used AI tools for generative text/image creation as well as simple rule-based personalization based on purchase history.
I have experience in setting requirements for and/or integrating predictive AI logic (e.g., real-time nudging, Next Best Action, or churn models) that proactively adapts the member journey based on behavioral data.
