Our People Experience team delivers people advisory services across four markets. We have more than 1000 leaders across 250 hotels who use our self-service tools and support services. While we aim to empower our leaders to solve cases on their own, the most complex and high-risk cases make their way to us for hands-on support.
As our People Manager for Sweden, you will be an expert within Swedish employment law, working environment, legislation, and local market practices. You will be part of a close-knit Swedish-Norwegian team of People Managers working together on leadership support and advisory. Your mission is to ensure we build compliant and user-friendly tools and processes across the employee lifecycle, and that our leaders in Sweden know how to use them. You will focus on empowering business leaders to solve cases independently while stepping in to provide hands-on advisory and support in more complex cases.
You'll report to the Director of People Advisory Sweden & Norway and work from our head office in Stockholm.
Your work will focus on leadership support, process design, and building scalable tools for the Swedish market, alongside your colleagues in the Swedish-Norwegian team:
Expert Leadership Advisory: You will provide second-line support on topics related to Swedish labor legislation, working environment, and local market practices. For more complex or high-risk cases, you will provide hands-on support, including case strategy and planning, attending employee meetings, and reviewing and quality-assuring case documents.
Building the Toolbox: You will own, develop, and maintain our toolbox of templates, guides, processes, and FAQs adapted to Swedish requirements. You’ll design user-friendly, efficient, and automated tools with a "customer-first" perspective to make leadership easy and compliant.
Empowering Leaders through Training: You will own, develop, and deliver a library of Live Talks, webinars, workshops, and e-learning content. You will enable the business through leadership onboarding and train-the-trainer sessions.
Continuous Improvement & Data Insights: You will conduct regular assessments of support case trends and advisory data in Sweden to proactively identify gaps and improve our toolboxes and guides.
Strategic Projects: You will participate in and provide expert advice to cross-functional projects and processes where knowledge of Swedish labor law and market standards is critical (e.g., design of new HR-system modules or salary review processes).
You have solid experience within Swedish employment law, working environment legislation, and local labor market practices.
You enjoy collaborating across borders as part of a joint Swedish-Norwegian team.
You are fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
You are passionate about empowering leaders and have experience in delivering inspiring training, workshops, and e-learning content.
You don't just follow rules; you enjoy building systems. You have a knack for creating user-friendly, efficient processes and tools that utilize technology and automation.
You are a skilled communicator who can translate complex Swedish legal requirements into simple, actionable advice.
You use data and support case trends to continuously improve resources and processes.
We're a social and friendly team, and you'll have energetic and caring people all around you, and many opportunities to socialize throughout the year.
We dream big and aim high – we have big ambitions and are not afraid of taking a bit of risk.
We have great employee benefits – Amazing discounts in our hotels and restaurants, and from external partners.
As a SuperColleague, you get 4 free hotel stays per year.
Centrally located office in Stockholm and great benefits!
