Now we’re looking for a Receptionist at Home Hotel Katajanokka, Helsinki who wants to be part of our family.

As a part of our Front Office team at Home Hotel, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience - welcoming, guiding, and making sure every stay starts and ends on the best note. You create a warm and personal atmosphere, where guests feel truly at home. With your energy, attention to detail, and natural way of making people feel valued, you help turn every stay into something special.

What you’ll be doing:

• Welcome each guest with a warm, personal touch, making their first and last impression unforgettable.

• Manage front desk operations, from check-in and check-out to handling bookings and guest inquiries.

• Manage restaurant breakfast and dinner shifts.

• Be the go-to person for guests, offering assistance, recommendations, and anything that adds to a homelike experience.

• Collaborate with colleagues to create a seamless, comfortable stay for every guest.

This is a permanent position with a start date to be agreed upon. The position requires working shift work, including evenings, nights, and weekends, as well as working in the restaurant shifts.

Is this you?

• You enjoy creating personal connections and have a genuine interest in making each guest’s stay unique.

• You’re adaptable, resourceful, and can handle whatever the day brings with a positive attitude.

• You work independently and take initiative, while also enjoying being part of a supportive team.

• You have previous experience in hotel reception or customer service.

• You have strong experience working with Mews and Event Temple.

• You are ready to work independent shifts in the reception, as well as handle breakfast and dinner duties.

• You hold a valid Hygiene Passport and Alcohol Proficiency Certificate (Anniskelupassi).
