About the role

You will be a part of a small, hands-on Talent & Development team supporting more than 250 hotels and our HQ. We want learning to be a natural engine for our daily operations and strategic goals, but we keep things grounded: we don't spend months drafting abstract strategy decks before testing things out. We have an agile, action-oriented culture where strategy and execution go hand in hand - we build, test, and adjust as we go.

In this role, you will help shape our learning ecosystem. Together with the Head of T&D, the rest of the People team, and key stakeholders across the business, you will set the direction for how learning supports our operations, translating digital platforms and workflows into practical tools that work for the people running our hotels day to day.

What you'll be doing

Because our team is lean and our footprint spans 250+ hotels, we focus on scalability and self-service. Over the coming period, our LMS and learning strategies/tools need to be professionalized, and you will play a central role in driving that evolution. Your focus will be on getting the backend right, ensuring smooth integrations, and keeping everyday use simple and valuable for our hotel teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and professionalize the LMS: Manage our learning platforms, lead the transition to a more mature tech setup, and optimize data flows between systems to deliver training with minimal manual admin.

  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure we deliver the right training to the right people, aligning learning initiatives directly with real operational needs.

  • Focus on learning impact: Use data to track whether training actually achieves the desired outcome for end users—making sure routines, updates, and compliance are not just tick-box exercises, but genuinely support performance and quality.

  • Enable decentralized production: Give departments and hotels the tools, templates, and guidance to build their own content, while stepping in with quick e-learning builds (such as Articulate Rise) or managing external production partners when needed.

  • Connect digital tools to the hotel floor: Help design how digital learning translates into practical, leader-led onboarding for several thousand new team members joining our hotels each year.

Who you are

  • Solid background in learning tech or production: You have hands-on experience with, and a genuine interest in, LMS management or digital learning production - ideally both.

  • Pragmatic change manager: You understand that real change happens through people. Strong relationship building, pragmatism, and a solid "get stuff done" attitude will get you far here.

  • Execution-focused and adaptable: You like moving things forward, handle shifting priorities well, and don't lose momentum when plans take an unexpected detour.

  • Systems- and tech-minded: You care about system structures, data flows, and smooth user journeys, seeing a good backend setup as the backbone of a great learning experience.

  • Operational mindset: You design solutions that genuinely help busy hotel teams rather than adding corporate administration.

What we offer

  • A culture with room for all: A flat, informal environment grounded in trust, freedom with responsibility, and our core energy of courage and enthusiasm.

  • Real autonomy and impact: A central role where your decisions directly influence the working days of thousands of colleagues across the Nordics.

  • Four free hotel nights each year: Complimentary stays to explore our destinations and take a breather.

  • Generous staff & friend rates: Substantial discounts for you, your friends, and family across all 250+ hotels, plus 25% off food and drinks in our restaurants and bars.

  • Partner perks: Exclusive deals on flights, car rentals, experiences, and wellness through our partner network.

We know this is a big ask for one individual. If you don't hit every single requirement, that's completely fine—if our culture and fast-paced way of working inspire you, we’d love to receive your application!
