We are looking for a Spa Host to join our team on a fixed-term contract until the end of April 2027.

About the Role

As a Spa Host, you are at the heart of our guests’ spa experience. You ensure that every visit feels seamless, welcoming, and memorable, delivering service that reflects the high standards of Hotel St. George.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming guests and providing warm, attentive, and personalised service.
  • Managing spa bookings, payments, and membership-related enquiries.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and overall atmosphere of the spa and its facilities.
  • Ensuring that changing rooms, relaxation areas, and pool areas are tidy and inviting throughout the day.
  • Supporting the daily operations of the spa and working closely with the rest of the team.
  • Recommending spa treatments, memberships, and wellness products to our guests.

What We Are Looking For

  • A genuine passion for hospitality, wellness, and customer service.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team.
  • A flexible attitude and willingness to work shifts, including weekends.
  • Good command of English; Finnish is considered an advantage.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, spa operations, or customer service is an asset.
